UK Shipping
All orders will be shipped by the courier of our choosing and will have a transit time of 1-2 business days.
We do not deliver on Saturdays on Sunday.

When ordering our boxed eternity roses, we allow you to choose the specific date you would like your order to be delivered on.

If you are not satisfied with our work or the flowers do not meet your standards or are damaged in transit please contact us immediately on info@sophistiquebox.com. If, for any reason, you wish to return your order you can do so! As soon as we receive the returned item, we will refund in full, via the payment method used.

Our Eternity Roses last more than a year with proper care and maintenance.

To ensure your sophisticated roses last as long as possible, there is very little care involved:

• do not water the roses
• do not place anything on top of the roses
• do not remove the roses from the box
• keep the roses away from heat, sunlight and high humidity
• gently dust the top of the roses
• ideal temperature is 15-25 degree Celsius
